- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 pint leftover rice
- 2 pints leftover garlic shrimp
- 3/4 cup toasted panko bread crumbs (Japanese bread crumbs)

1. Place the chicken stock, onion, garlic and parsley in a blender of food processor and puree
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup yellow onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley, chpped fine

- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 lb. ground veal
- 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated

- 3-6 cups Mama's Marinara or your favorite marinara sauce

- 1 lb. can cooked crab meat
- 1 1/2 -2 lbs. cooked (boiled with crab boil) shrimp
- 3-4 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons yellow bell pepper
- 1 cucumber, seeded, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon McGuffee's Spice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground fennel
- 1/8 teaspoon ground rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon ground tarragon
- Juice of 1/2 lemon or to taste
Boneless Salmon Japonaise With Creamed Green Onions
