Cafe Rio Salad Dressing

Mix in blender and refrigerate 1 hour
- 1 ranch dressing packet
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 c mayo
- 2 tomatillos (look like little green paper lanterns, usually by the jalapenos)
- 1 jalapeno, cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- juice of 1 lime

- 1 cup whole milk, at room temperature

- 1 cup oil, safflower or corn oil

- 6 sheets phyllo dough from a 1-pond package of frozen dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted, for brushing phyllo sheets; more if needed
