- 1 tub (8 oz>) Cool Whip Whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 1/4 cup Baker's ngel Flake Coconut, toasted
- 1 1/4 cups sliced fresh strawberries

- 1 pound large shrimp (about 16), peeled and de-veined

- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 lemon, zest grated
- 1/4 cup cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 lemons)
- 1/4 lemon, thinly sliced in half-rounds
- 1/8 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
