Poultry (Duck with Orange Sauce

Sauce A L'Orange 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 cups orange juice 2 cups water 1/4 tsp
- Duck
- 1 raw Duck
- 2 ounces soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1 . Remove neck and gizzards from chest cavity. Rinse inside and out with cold water.
- 2 . Remove skin flap at the end and cut away any large fat globules from the edges of bird.
- 3 . Place duck in roasting pan and season with soy sauce and poultry seasoning.
- Cover with foil. Bake a 350 degrees for 3 hours.

- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper

- 1 small jar chopped pimento

- 1 can cream celery soup
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt.
