Really delicious, Dick loves
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 pound cooked medium shrimp, peeled
- and deveined
- 2 cans (6 ounces each) crabmeat drained,
- flaked and cartilage removed
- 1 can (10-3/4 cunces) condensed cream
- of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 3/4 cup cooked rice
- 1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms,
- drained
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed butter-flavored
- crackers
- (about 12 crackers)
Salad, Old Fashioned Cracker salad

- 1 plume tomato
- 2 stalks celery including leaves
- 4 green onions finely diced

Salad Dressing Version of Outback Steakhouse Ranch Salad Dressing

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl
- 1 teaspoon Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix (buttermilk recips)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Rice, Green Rice, Just Like Stephenson's

The green rice at Stephenson's Apple Orchard Restaurant is just incredible
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 14 1/2 ounce can evaporaed milk
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Accent seasoning (this is MSG-you can skip)
- 1 lemon, juice of, and grated
- paprika
Chicken, Southern Fried Paula's

- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup hot pepper sauce
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- teaspon ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Garlic Salt to taste
- 1 (21/2 pound) chicken, cut into peices
- Oil for frying , preferably peanut oil

- 1 head Napa or bok choy cabbage
- 3 green onions
- 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles with seasoning
- 1 (6-ounce) package slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons white vingar (used apple cider vinegar)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Brown onions and green pepper in crisco
- 4 cups boiled rice
- 3 chopped onions
- 4 tablespoons crisco
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 3 cups canned tomatoes
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Salt & pepper
- Pinch of cloves
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- I think 2 cups of grated cheese is better and probably only two onions chopped if they are large.
SAUCE, CHIVE
