- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 Oreo cookies per cupcake (18 cookies)
- For cookies and cream frosting:
- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup crushed Oreos (use food processor with about 10 to 12 Oreos)
