Banana-Nut Muffins with Cream Cheese-Honey Filling

- For Cream Cheese-Honey Filling:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp table salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 1/2 cups mashed bananas (about 5 medium)
- 1 cup toasted chopped pecans
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
