Ingredients
- 2 tsp whole-grain mustard
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2/3 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 2 1/2 oz sliced roasted turkey
- 1/4 cup caramelized sweet onion
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter

Step 1
Spread mustard on 1 slice of bread; top with 1/3 cup cheese, turkey, onion, and an additional 1/3 cup cheese. Cover with second slice of bread to make a sandwich. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium until beginning to foam. Add sandwich to skillet, and cook until first side is browned, about 2 minutes. Flip sandwich, and cover pan with aluminum foil. Cook until cheese is melted and second side is browned, about 2 more minutes. Serve immediately.
