Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 40 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Pecan Pie

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup (1 stick butter), melted
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- One 9-inch deep dish pie shell, unbaked, or homemade pastry
- 1 cup pecan halves
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, for serving
Basil Tomatoes

This is one of my family favorites
- 3 T olive oil
- 3 onions, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 T fresh basil, or 1 T dried basil
- 3 T minced parsley
- 25-30 tomatoes
- 2 t salt
- 1 t pepper
- 1 1/2 t sugar
- 1 T + 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
Orange and Oat Chewies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
- orange zest from 1 orange
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup shredded sweetened coconut
Shepherd's Pie

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 5 carrots, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 c Worcestershire
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 3/4 cup beef broth or 1 pkg brown gravy mix added to 1 c water
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Shrimp Creole (Cheesecake Factory)

- 1 T vegetable oil
- 4 oz red and yellow peppers, diced 1/2"
- 2 oz yellow onions, diced 1/4"
- 1 oz celery, minced
- 1/2 oz green bell peppers, 1/4" chopped
- 2 t garlic, minced
- 10 oz shrimp (medium), deveined, tail-off
- 1 t cajun spice blend
- 2 t rice flour
- 4 oz roma tomatoes, peeled, seeded, diced 1/2"
- 8 oz spicy broth
- 4 oz Tasso Sauce (optional)
- 1 oz green onions, chopped 1/4"
- 8 oz steamed white rice
- 2 t parsley, fresh, chopped
Red Potato Bites

Preheat the oven to 375. Place potatoes in a saucepan, and add enough water to cover
- 1 1/2 Ib small round red potatoes
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/2 t seasoned salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1 T chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Lemon Pull-Aparts

Mix lemon zest with sugar
- Citrus Glaze:
- 12 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
- zest from 2 whole lemons
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Old Fashioned Cinnamon Rolls

Roll dough into a 10x12-inch rectangle
- Icing:
- 1 loaf Rhodes™ Bread Dough, thawed and risen
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or almond extrac
Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Make the sauce: In a skillet over medium high heat, melt the butter
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1/4 cup Frank's hot sauce
- dash of worcestershire sauce
- ground cayenne pepper, optional, if you want the sauce to be hotter
- 1 parbaked pizza crust
- 1 cup leftover shredded or diced chicken breast
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1 heirloom tomato
- onion slices or scallions, if desired
