Preheat oven to 400F. Bake pie crust in oven for 8 minutes
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Pea & Mushroom Fried Rice

In a nonstick frying pan, heat 2 tbsp oil over medium-high heat
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 6 scallions, sliced thin
- 1 1/2 cups long-grain rice, cooked
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Hellmann's Macaroni Salad

1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni (about 1-3/4 cups)
- 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Dijonnaise ™ Creamy Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup chopped green or red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Spanish Rice

1.Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups water
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 2 teaspoons chili powder, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Healthified Quick Cinnamon Rolls

1. Preheat oven to 375°F
- 1 package (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 to 2 teaspoons orange juice or milk
Skirt Steak Marinade

In a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, combine all ingredients
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbl honey
- 1 Tbl sesame oil
- 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp gingeroot
- 1 1/2 pounds skirt steak, cut crosswise into 4 equal pieces
Individual Egg Bakes

Preheat the oven to 375F. Spray a 12 serving muffin tin with cooking spray
- One package crescent roll dough (contains about 8 rolls)
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/3 cup diced red pepper
- 1 green onion
- 4 oz baby spinach
- freshly ground pepper
- 4 oz Jarlsberg light Swiss, shredded
Mashed Potatoes

Add the potatoes to a large pot and cover with cold, salted water
- 5 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 2 cups half and half
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Sticks room temperature butter, plus more
- 1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced, plus more
- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Lemon Sole

Preheat 2 medium non-stick skillets over medium-low heat for 5 minutes
- Four 4-ounce skinless sole or flounder fillets
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Flour for dredging
- 5 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into tablespoon-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 teaspoon minced flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme leaves
Cheesy Broccoli Bacon Quiche

- 1 blind baked pie crust (either store bought or homemade)
- 4 strips center cut bacon
- 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 cup grated colby jack cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/16 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
