- 3 TBLs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch ramps
- 1 lb fingerling potatoes (sliced lengthwise into 1/4-inch-thick ovals)
- 4-6 baby carrots (chopped)
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup dill (chopped)

- 1 pound Spicy Italian Sausage (casings removed)
- 1 large Onion (halved and sliced)
- 3 cloves Garlic (sliced)
- 1/2 bunch Asparagus (cut into 1/4-inch thick coins)
- 2 cups Marinara
- 2 cups Basil Pesto
- 1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano (grated)

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 16 oz refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- Pizza sauce or marinara sauce, if desired
