- 1 Tbsp oil
- 3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup thawed frozen green peas

- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 can chicken broth (14.5 oz.)
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- dash pepper
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked brown rice
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large pot on medium heat
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 pound (750 grams) chicken breasts
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 cups cremini mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 pound (500 grams) farfalle pasta
- 5 ounces (150 grams spinach)

- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped

- 1 cup orzo
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
