Can't Eat Just One Spinach Ball

Place eggs in large mixing bowl and beat with a whisk until they are lemon colored
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 6oz. box chicken-flavored stuffing mix
- 2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 4 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Perfect Deviled Eggs

Place eggs in large saucepan and cover them by a couple of inches with cold water
- 6 large eggs
- 2 Tblsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tblsp. sweet pickle relish, plus some of its liquid
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Lime Jello Dessert

Chill milk in freezer until mushy and whip
- 1 13oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 3 oz. pkg. lime jello
- 1 3/4 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. crushed chocolate wafer
- 1/3 c. melted butter
Spaghetti Sauce

Brown onions and garlic in small amount of oil until soft
- 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
- 4 large garlic cloves
- 1 large onion
- 4 small cans tomato sauce and 1 can water
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- dash salt, pepper
- 1 Tblsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pinch thyme
- 1 Tblsp. hot pepper
Ham Glaze

Heat and stir all ingredients together until sugar dissolves
- 1 Tblsp. prepared mustard
- 3 Tblsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 Tblsp. honey
- 1 Tblsp. lemon juice
Blueberry Angel Dessert

In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar; fold in whipped topping and cake crumbs
- 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 14oz. angel food cake, cut into 1" cubes
- 2 21oz. cans blueberry pie filling
Potato Soup

Place potatoes, carrots, onions, parsley, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper in large pot
- Garnishes:
- 6 c. potatoes, peeled and diced in 1/2" cubes
- 1 c. shredded carrots (approx 3 med.)
- 1/2 c. chopped sweet onion
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, or 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 chicken-flavored bouillon cubes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3 c. 2% milk
- 8 oz. shredded Colby cheese, or 10 oz. Velvetta
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. chopped scallions, green parts only
- 4 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar or colby cheese

Frozen Berry Fluff

In a bowl, combine pie filling, milk and pineapple (if desired)
- 2 21oz. cans strawberry pie filling
- 1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 8oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained, optional
- 1 12oz. carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
Cherry Dessert

Melt margarine and add to crust ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 2 Tblsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
- Filling:
- 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 box powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 pkg. Dream Whip, prepared as directed
- 1 can cherry (or any flavor) pie filling
