Earthquake Cake

Mix pecans and coconut together and spread in bottom of prepared 9x13 pan
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. canned coconut
- box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar, sifted
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
Picnic Green Bean Salad

Combine all ingredients and chill at least 2 hours
- 4 cans green beans
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 c. Italian salad dressing
Coke Salad

Drain pineapple, reserving juice
- 16 oz. can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
- 2 c. coca cola
- 6 oz. pkg. cherry jello
- 1 jar bing or maraschino cherries
- 1 c. nuts
- 6 oz. cream cheese
Strawberry Jello Salad

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight
- 6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 boxes frozen strawberries, thawed
- 8 oz. container Cool Whip
- 1 bag miniature marshmallows
Pear Whip Salad

Heat 1 cup of pear juice and dissolve jello in it
- 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
- 11 oz. cream cheese
- 1 large can pears, drained and reserve juice
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Peach Jello Salad
By dbrandt
Drain peaches and mash. Add water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups; heat to a boil
- 1 can (1 lb, 13 oz) can peaches, drained and reserve juice
- 1 3oz. pkg. peach jello
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tblsp. milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
