Pineapple Ham and Rice

In a bowl, combine all ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. cubed fully cooked ham
- 1 20oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tblsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
Marinated Sirloin Steak

In large ziplock bag, combine ingredients
- 1 c. lemon-lime soda
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (approx 1 pound)
Classic Swiss Steak

In large skillet, saute carrots in 1 tblsp
- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 2 Tblsp. oil, divided
- 1 lb. boneless round or sirloin steak
- 1 14 1/2oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 8oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 4oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
Round Steak Parmesan

Cut meat into serving pieces; salt and pepper
- 1 pound round steak
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 Tblsp. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. tomato paste
- 2 c. hot water
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 10 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Coca Cola Ham

Preheat oven to 325. Score top of ham
- 6 pound ham
- 12 oz. can Coca Cola
- brown sugar
Ham and Rice Dinner
By dbrandt
While rice is cooking, saute' ham in butter for 2 minutes
- 3 c. hot cooked rice
- 2 1/2 c. cooked ham, cut in julienne strips
- 1 1/2 Tblsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tblsp. dry white wine (optional)
- 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. sliced pimiento
London Broil

Score steak on both sides
- 1 1/2 lbs. beef flank steak
- 3/4 c. Italian salad dressing
- 2 Tblsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. onion juice
- 1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
Chicken Kiev

Tenderize chicken. Cream butter with garlic, chives, parsley, 1/2 tsp
- 8 chicken breasts, deskinned and deboned
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tblsp. chopped chives
- 2 Tblsp. chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt, divided
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 2 Tblsp. W sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. cream
- flour
- cracker crumbs
Sesame Chicken

In large skillet, cook chicken in oil until done
- 1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cubed
- 2 Tblsp. oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 1 large onion, sliced
Southwestern Chicken Casserole

Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder evenly over chicken
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in bite size pieces
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 3 1/2 c. fresh broccoli flowerettes
- 1 lb. Velvetta cheese, cubed
- 1 10oz. can diced Rotel tomatoes and chilis
- 4 c. cooked rice
- sour cream to serve
