Cookie Cutter Sugar Cookies

Cream all but soda and flour together
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. soda
- 4 1/2 c. flour
Cranberry Fluff Salad

Grind up cranberries in blender
- 1 pkg. fresh cranberries
- 3 c. small marshmallows
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. unpeeled apples, diced
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cream shortening, sugars, vanilla and water together
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 12oz. pkg chocolate chips
Chocolate Pixies Cookie

Melt chocolate. Sift flour, powder and salt together; set aside
- 4 (1oz.) unsweetened chocolate squares, melted
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
Ranger Cookies

- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flaked coconut
- 2 c. Wheaties cereal
Pecan Puff Cookies

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla
- 4 sticks butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- sifted powdered sugar
Apple Brownies

Melt butter. Mix sugar and eggs together
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 med/2 large Granny Smith apples, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. pecans (optional)
Fudge Rice Krispies

Combine chocolate chips, margarine and corn syrup in medium size saucepan
- 1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
- 4 c. Rice Krispie cereal
Prism Jello Salad

Dissolve lime jello in 1 cup boiling water; add 1/2 cup cold water and pour into 8x8 pan
- 1 3oz. pkg. lime jello
- 1 3oz. pkg. cherry jello
- 1 6oz. pkg. lemon jello
- 2 c. boiling water, divided
- 1 c. cold water, divided
- 1 c. cool whip
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, juice reserved
- 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice and water
City Dump Cake

- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 c. coconut
