Green Beans Au Gratin

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan
- 3 Tblsp. butter, divided
- 2 Tblsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
- 2 16oz. cans green beans, drained
- 1 c. fresh breadcrumbs
- dash paprika
Chicken Nugget Casserole

Place chicken nuggets in greased 11x7 baking dish
- 13 1/2 oz. pkg. frozen chicken nuggets
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 26 1/2 oz. can spaghetti sauce
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Broccoli Corn Stuffing Casserole

In a bowl, combine broccoli, corn and egg
- 1 10oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
Cheesy Grits

Bring water, salt and butter to boil and add grits
- 6 1/4 c. boiling water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. grits (can be quick cooking)
- 1 pound Velvetta, cubed
- 4 well beaten eggs
Macaroni and Cheese

Cook macaroni in boiling water and salt
- 1 Tblsp. salt
- 3 quarts boiling water
- 8 oz. macaroni (2 c. uncooked)
- 2 Tblsp. butter
- 1 Tblsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Ham and Cheese Puff

Toss bread, ham and cheese together
- 2 (1 lb.) loaves Italian bread, cut into 1" cubes
- 6 c. cubed fully cooked ham
- 1 1/2 lbs. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 16 eggs
- 7 c. milk
- 1/2 c. prepared mustard
Sausage and Eggs Casserole

Beat eggs and milk together
- 12 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 2 lbs. sausage
- 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 slices bread, cubed
- salt and pepper to taste
Baked Fish Parmesan

Combine crackers and cheese in blender
- 1 box (12 oz.) Ritz crackers
- 3/4 - 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt
- 1/4 lb. melted butter
- 1 lb. fresh fish fillets
Charcoal Grilled Meat Loaf

Mix ground beef, egg, onion, crackers, catsup, sugar and mustard together
- Sauce:
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. crumbled soda crackers
- 1/4 catsup
- 2 Tblsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 9 Tblsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 3 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
Teriyaki Steak in Crock Pot

Cut meat into 1/8" slices and place in cooker
- 2-2 1/2 lbs. boneless chuck steak
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 20oz. can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained, reserving 1/4 c. juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tblsp. sugar
- 2 Tblsp. oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 Tblsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tblsp. water
