Ritzy Broccoli Casserole

Cook broccoli according to package directions
- 3 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 lb. Velvetta cheese
- 25 Ritz crackers
Waldord Salad

Place mayonnaise, applesauce, honey and lemon juice in small bowl and stir to combine
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 3 Tblsp. honey
- 1 Tblsp. fresh lemon juice
- 5 c. chopped unpeeled apples (Golden Delicious or Granny Smith)
- 1 1/2 c. seedless purple grapes
- 1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 c. walnuts
Green Bean Bake

Mix soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper, beans and 2/3 cup onions in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- dash pepper
- 4 c. cooked, cut green beans
- 1 1/3 c. French fried onions, divided
Parmesan Corn on the Cob

In a bowl, combine butter, Parmesan and seasoning; set aside
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 4 ears corn
- 1/4 c. water
- salt to taste

- 6 c. coarsely crumbled corn bread
- 8 slices firm white bread, torn into pieces
- 2 14oz. cans chicken broth
- 2 10 3/4oz. cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. ground sage
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 stick butter, softened
Baked Corn

Drain liquid from corn into measuring cup
- 1 16 oz. can whole kernel corn
- 1/4 tsp. minced onion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tblsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. corn muffin mix
- milk
Green Bean Casserole

Fry bacon until crisp; pour off half grease, drain and crumble bacon
- 4 15oz. cans green beans
- 16 slices bacon, fried crisp and drained
- 1-2 med. onions, sliced
- bacon grease (about 1/2 after frying 16 slices of bacon)
- 12 Tblsp. sugar
- 12 Tblsp. vinegar
- toasted almonds, optional

Meat Loaf

Place bread cubes, milk or water, and onion soup mix in large mixing bowl
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. milk or water
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. ketchup
- 2 Tblsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tblsp. light brown sugar
- 2 lbs. ground beef

- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 oz. American cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. carton sour cream

- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
