- 1 1/2 cup prechopped onion $

- 1 (28 oz) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup (4 oz) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, cut into cubes $
- 2 cup 1% low-fat milk $
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 tsp fresh coriander root, chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp tamarind sauce
- 2 tsp lime juice
Lemon Garlic Dump Chicken

- 1 Tbls parsley flakes
- 2 Tbls lemon juice (or the juice of one whole lemon)
- 4-6 chicken breasts (or 8 to 10 chicken tenders)
