- extra virgin olive oil
- chopped garlic
- sea salt

White Cheddar and Chive Omelet*

Mix all ingredients together, except cheese
- 6 eggs
- chopped fresh chives
- salt and papper
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 1/2 cup extra sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
Apple and Maple Brined Pork Tenderloin

Stir the hot water and salt together until the salt is dissolved
- 3 1/2 cup of hot water
- 1/4 cup coarse sea salt
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cracked black peppercorns
Linda Gustafson's Turkey Divan

Put beans in the bottom of a 9x13" pan
- 2 cans French cut green beans
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3 Tbs. flour
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash lemon juice
- dash pepper
- 2 cups cubed turkey
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Easy Italian Stew*

HEAT dressing in large saucepan on medium heat
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 lb bulk Italian sausage
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen stir-fry vegetables (white onions and sliced green, red and yellow peppers)
- 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Cheryl's 10-Minute German Sweet Chocolate Cream Pie*

Heat chocolate and 2 Tbsp of the milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate melts
- 1 Baker's German Sweet Chocolate Bar (4 oz)
- (I used a 7 oz Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Candy bar)so whatever you want.
- 1/3 cup milk (divided)
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese, softened. (Oops...I used all 8 oz guess I should read more carefully!!--it worked though, so if you want to use all 8 oz go ahead!)
- 1 8 oz container cool whip, thawed (I actually used French Vanilla Cool Whip that my mother-in-law had brought)
- 1 8-9 oz graham cracker crust OR Oreo Cookie crust
Sauteed Zucchini and Onions

- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 4 cups sliced zucchini'
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Famous French Oven Beef Stew

In a large dutch oven or casserole with a tight fitting lid, combine beef, onions, celery and carrots and set aside
- 2 lbs. beef stew meat
- 2 medium onions cut in eighths
- 3 stalks celery, cut in 1" pieces
- 4 carrots, peeled, cut in 1" pieces
- 1 11-1/2 oz. can tomato juice
- 1/2 cup sherry or water
- 1/8 cup quick cooking tapioca
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1 Tbs. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into quarter inch chunks
- 1/2 lb. green beans, ends trimmed and cut into 1" pieces
