Kitchenaid Mixer...flat beater Grease and flour the bottom of a 9 inch loaf pan and set aside

- 3 very ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. Captain Morgan's Rum
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Nut Crusted Tilapia

Heat oven to 375°. Pulse the bread to make bread crumbs and transfer to medium bowl
