Grilled Shrimp in Apricot Hoisin Sesame Glaze

Heat oil in heavy saucepan over medium high heat and sauté garlic, sesame seeds and ginger for 2 minutes
- For Glaze ----
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh minced garlic
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. fresh minced ginger root
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 8 oz. hoisin sauce
- For shrimp ----
- 2 lb lg cleaned fresh shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. fresh minced garlic
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Crunchy Parmesan Garlic Chicken

Preheat oven to 350° Mix first six together in a 1 qt mixing bowl
- 2/3 cup dry french bread crumbs
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup parsley, minced
- 2 tsp. lemon peel, grated
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3 lb broiler-fryer cut up

Brown meat and onion. Add chilli powder, salt, and tomato sauce (not soup) and mix well
- 1 pound ground round
- 1 1/2 tsp. Chile powder
- 1 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 cup macaroni, uncooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- sliced mozzarella cheese
Tortellini Salad

Mix all salad ingredients together
- 3 cups tortellini, thawed or cooked
- 1 (6-oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, marinade reserved
- 2 6" zucchini, quartered & sliced
- 4 oz. mozzarella cheese cut in 1/2" cubes
- 3 oz. sausage cut in 1/4x2" strips
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- DRESSING
- artichoke marinade
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbs. white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 3/4 tsp. basil
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 2 egg whites
- pinch salt
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tarter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 6 drops green food coloring

- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder

- 1/2 tsp. Franks Pepper Sauce
Rigatoni Ham Bake

preheat oven to 350° Cook rigatoni according to package, drain and rinse with hot water
- 3 cups rigatoni
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, seperated
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1/4 cup flour

- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

- 1/2 cup crushed potato chips

- 1 tsp. mustard w/horseradish
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry minced onion
