Pepperoni Pizza Puffs

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon pizza seasoning
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 package mini pepperoni rounds (or 1 cup cubed pepperoni)
- 1/2 cup store-bought pizza sauce
Duncan Hines Chunky Chocolate Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 Place cake mix, eggs, melted butter, brown sugar,and vanilla in large bowl
- 1 box Deluxe Dark Chocolate Fudge cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Greek Salad 111 (without Lettuce)

In salad bowl, combine tomatoes, bell peppers cucumber, onion and olives
- 3 roma tomatoes,chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small English cucumber, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives
- 2 oz. tomato basil feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Bacon Cheese Quiche

- 1 (3 ounce) can bacon bits
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 5 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (9 inch) deep dish frozen pie crust
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter, softened ( use sour cream instead)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Peach Crisp

- 5 large ripe peaches, pitted and cut into chunks
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup tightly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- Pinch kosher salt
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 stick cold unsalted butter, cut into pea sized pieces

- 5 Frozen Chicken Breasts (or 20 frozen Chicken Tenders)
- 1 16 ounce jar Salsa Verde
- 2 cans Black Beans
- 1 can Sweet Corn
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 small (3 oz) package of cream cheese
Easy Caesar Dressing

Combine all ingredients in blender or processor
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
