1. Sift together dry ingredients

- 1 cup warm milk (70-80 degrees F) I nuke mine for 30 seconds
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick butter, softened (I put in microwave on defrost for .2 lbs)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups flour (2 cups unbleached and 2 cups whole wheat)
- 1 packet active dry yeast (fast rising, etc)

- 1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries or fresh strawberry halves
- 1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
- 2 tablespoons Fiber One® original bran cereal, crushed

Lock lid into place. Bring to 15 psi (#2) over high heat; reduce heat to maintain pressure
- Place presoaked beans in BRK of choice, filling no more than 1/3 full of beans.
- Add enough water (or broth) to cover beans, plus 2”.

- 1 tbs. sugar

- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tbs. finely shredded orange peel
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg and ginger
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 cup half and half or light cream
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tbs. margarine or butter
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts or almonds
