- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c bulgur
- 1 1 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce, divided
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c dry white wine or reduced-sodium beef broth
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 lb lean ground sirloin (95% lean)
- 2 2 2 lg egg whites, beaten lightly
- 2 2 2 med onions, finely chopped (2 c)
- 1 1 1 c soft whole wheat bread crumbs
- 2 2 2 cloves garlic, minced (1 Tbsp)
- 1 1 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 1 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

- 1 1 16 jar pizza sauce, 16 oz. I use the Trader Joe's kind...it is fabulous!

- 1 1 1 cup milk
- 1 1 1 cup flour
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 3 3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 2 2 TBSP grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1 1 TBSP Garlic Bread Sprinkle

- 1 tablespoon chopped jarred jalapenos
- 1 tablespoon rinsed capers
- 1 tablespoon basil pesto
- 1 generous splash balsamic vinegar

In a large bowl, mix together the mangoes, peaches or nectarines, garlic, ginger, and basil or cilantro
- 2 cups diced fresh mango
- 2 cups fresh peaces, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbs. chopped fresh ginger root
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or cilantro
- 2 serrano chile peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
