Seasoned Pork Loin Roast Recipe

Combine the garlic salt, garlic-pepper and lemon-pepper; rub over roast
- BASTING SAUCE:
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic-pepper blend
- 2 teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 boneless rolled pork loin roast (about 5 pounds)
- 3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Pie Crust, All Butter

In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade, pulse the flour and salt for a few seconds
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 1/2 cup very cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

In 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 quart slow cooker combine; beef, onion soup, mushroom soup, and pepper
- 2 pounds stew meat
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) golden mushroom soup
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of onion soup
- 1 jar (6 ounce) mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 container (8 ounce) sour cream
- 6 cups HOT cooked noodles or rice
Salted Caramel Cheesecakes

Preheat oven to 350. Crush the graham crackers either with a rolling pin or in a food processor
- FOR THE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
- 15 graham cracker sheets finely crushed
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 7 tablespoons butter melted
- FOR THE CHEESECAKE FILLING
- 4 8oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- FOR THE SALTED CARAMEL
- 1 C. Sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 1/4 c. butter cut into pieces
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. Sour Cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- crushed salt flakes to garnish
Raw Summer Tomato Sauce for Pastas

Rinse the tomatoes, drain, and wipe dry
- 2 pounds ripe homegrown, heirloom or cherry tomatoes, at room temperature
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 large basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup or more freshly grated Grana Padano or cubed fresh mozzarella (optional)
Simple Gravy

Place all ingredients in blender
- 1 cup raw Cashews
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (more to taste)
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chicken like or beef like seasoning
- 1 tablespoon liquid Aminos or soy sauce (omit for chicken like gravy)
- 1 tablespoon food yeast flakes
- 3 tablespoons flour or 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 ounce can mushrooms after blending in blender or blend for 1 second just to chop coarsely (optional)
- Water to make 4 cups total mixture
Tomato Eggplant Zucchini Bake with Garlic and Parmesan

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 3 medium zucchini (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1 small/medium eggplant (about 3/4 pound)
- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, divided (about 2 1/2 ounces)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
Cashew Cream Sauce

- 1 cup raw cashew nuts
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt or more to taste
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Chicken-Like Seasoning
- (or 1 tablespoon food yeast flakes and 1/2 teaspoon more salt)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch, flour or clear jell
- 1-1/2 cups more water (to be added after blending)
Grilled Salmon with Grilled Vegetables

- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillet
- Oil of your choice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
