Delicious Macaroni & Cheese

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 2 lbs. elbow macaroni
- 1 dozen eggs
- 3 cups sharp yellow cheddar cheese
- 2 cups extra sharp white cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Asiago cheese
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 1/2 quarts(6 cups) half-and-half
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Tbl. black pepper
Sweet Potatoes and Bananas with Honey

You can roast the potatoes and bananas ahead of time, then put it all together jsut before serving
- Ingredients
- 5 medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed
- 4 bananas, unpeeled
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup honey
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped

- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg

- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp apple pie spice
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 apple, chopped

- 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup caramel sauce*
- 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
- 4 oz cool whip
- Cinnamon Apples
- 1 1/2 apples, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- Cinnamon Whipped Cream
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Yield: about 1 1/2 cups caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

Double Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes

Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy; gradually add sugars, beating well
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 6 (1-oz.) unsweetened chocolate squares, melted and cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 (7-oz.) jar marshmallow crème
- 1 (15.5-oz.) can triple chocolate fudge chip frosting (we tested with Betty Crocker)
- Garnishes: assorted Christmas sprinkles and candies*
