  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 quarts(6 cups) half-and-half
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbl. black pepper

  • 1 1/2 apples, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Cinnamon Whipped Cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Yield: about 1 1/2 cups caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
