Rosemary Parmesan Shortbread

1. Put the flour, sugar, rosemary, salt and Parmesan into the bowl of a food processor and pulse until combined
- Makes about 2 1/2 dozen
- • 2 cups all-purpose flour
- • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
- • 1/2 teaspoon salt
- • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- • 1 cup, 2 sticks, unsalted butter, at room temperature
- • 1 teaspoon water, if needed
Cocktails - Champagne Punch

"This is a delicious cheesecake for eggnog lovers
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup eggnog
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
Potatoes - Gruyere Potato Gratin

Prheat oven to 400. Butter a 3 quart grain or shallow baking dish
- 2 lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely grated Gruyere cheese (about 6oz.)
- 1 cup milk,heated jsut to boiling
- 1 cup havy cream, heated just to boiling
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Salt & Pepper to taste
