- 3/4 cup soften butter
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 34 oz. sliced peaches (drained)

- 1 teaspoon of each: allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg
- 2 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1 1/2 cups + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

- • 8 lamb loin chops

- • White bean puree, for serving (see below)

- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz fillet mignon
- salt and freshly ground black pepper 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 12 croustade baskets
- 1 tbsp chopped chives, to garnish
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- *note: to save time you could purchase store made rare roast beef(such as Boars Head) rather than cooking the roast beef.
