1) To make crust: Combine all piecrust ingredients and press into a 9" pie pan
- Pie crust:
- 1 1/4 cups graham-cracker crumbs
- 2 1/2 oz. melted butter
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- Filling:
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. Grated Lime Zest
- 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup Fresh Squeezed Key Lime Juice

Coconut Pyramids

Step 1 Heat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 5 1/4 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 7 large egg whites
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon pure almond extract
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vegetable shortening

- 4 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 12 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders

- 1 (8-ounce) container plain yogurt
