Follow box cake directions for oven temperature
- 1 chocolate box cake mix
- 1 boxes instant chocolate mousse
- 1 large container of cool whip
- 1 pkg. skor toffee bits or 4 skor bars, crumbled
- 1 shot creame de cocoa
Dumplings for Stewed Chicken

- 2 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup milk

Sausage Dip

- 1 small pack sweet Italian sausage links(about 6 links)
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese(white)
- 1 packet Hidden Valley ranch *salad dressing mix*
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup mayonaise
Sangria Punch (Spiced)

Spiced Sangria Punch: It taste better if you let the fruit and sangria marinates for 3-4 hours or overnight
- 4 bottles(750 ml each) red wine, such as syrah(or shiraz),cabernet or grenache
- 1/2 cup mulling spices
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups brandy
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 2 oranges sliced
- 2 Granny Apples, cored and sliced
- 2 Bartlett pears, cored and sliced
- 1 lemon and 1 lime sliced
- 48 oz chilled club soda

Combine triple sec, brandy, Chambord and pineapple juice
- 1 cup triple sec
- 1 cup brandy
- 1/2 cup Chambord
- 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 quart chilled ginger ale
- 2 chilled 750-ml bottles dry champagne

- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Crushed honey roasted nuts

- 2 apples peeled and diced into small pieces

Preheat oven to 400 Press pie crust into tart pan
- 1 pie crust
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella
- 8 oz Neufchatel cheese, room temp
- 1 egg
- 2 Tb flour
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
- 2 Tb grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

- 1 pkg. Super Moist butter recipe yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon

- 1 1/3 cups shredded coconut
- 1 can(14oz.) sweetened condensed milk

- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 1/4 cups pecan pieces
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup (packed) light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons cane syrup (or molasses)
- 1 cup, plus 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 3/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons (or more) Bourbon whiskey

Coconut Cheesecake Bars

This batch makes 9 good size bars, but you can always slice them into smaller pieces
- For Crust:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted, cooled completely
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- For Filling:
- 1 8oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
