This a delicious, chocolate ganache tart that is very easy to make
- Ingredients
- Serves 10
- 3 tablespoons slivered blanched almonds
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/4 cups (spooned and leveled) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons grated orange or lemon zest, (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cut into pieces
- 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teasp. baking soda
- 2 teasp. cinnamon or pumpkin spice
