  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled, chopped
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz) spinach
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 cups half-and-half (fat free)
  • 3 tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup shredded gruyere cheese (about 1.5 oz)
