Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all crust ingredients in a small bowl

- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (or graham cracker crumbs)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- Filling:
- 2 tbs. Instant coffee granules
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- Topping:
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 1 1/2 cups of butter
- 2 1/2 cups of sugar
- 5 cups of flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 1/4 tsp. flavoring - vanilla, anise
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 5 well beaten eggs
