Cream Cheese Squares

This is like cheese cake!
- Crust:
- 2/3 cup marg. or butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Filling:
- 16 oz. Cream cheese - softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp. Milk
- 2 tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Vanilla

- 1 egg
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- In another bowl mix:
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 c. Cocoa
- Add:
- 1 c. Water
- 1/3 c. Oil
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- Walnuts
Low-Fat Chocolate Pudding

Combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch in a 4 cup glass measure
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 3 tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa
- 3 tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 c. Low-fat (1-percent) milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla

- 3 (8 oz) pkgs. Cream cheese
- 1 pt. Sour cream
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 6 egg whites – beaten until stiff
Chocolate Pudding Cake

Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl
- 1 package (2-layer size) chocolate or devils food cake mix*
- 1 package (4-serving size) Jell-O brand chocolate or chocolate fudge flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- *or use Pudding included cake mix and reduce water to 3/4 cup

- 1/2 C. buttermilk
- 1 t. baking soda

- pinch of salt
- 1/2 C. margarine or butter
- 4 T. cocoa
- 6 T. Milk
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 C. pecans
