- 1 c. Cooked ground meat (turkey, beef, venison)
- 1 c. Sauerkraut, chopped
- 1 c. Stock or gravy
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 2 c. Mashed potatoes
- 1 tbsp. butter

- 1 lb. ground poultry or meat
- 1 15 oz. Can tomato sauce
- 1 c. Cottage cheese
- 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened

- 3/4 C cracker crumbs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. ground beef/ground poultry
- 2 eggs
- 1 T. Worcestershire

- 2 lg chicken breasts – boned and diced
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. cornstarch
- 3 T. sherry
- 1/4 C. vegetable oil
- 1 T. Hoisin sauce
- 1/2 C. toasted almonds
- 2 dried mushrooms – soaked and diced (or fresh or canned)
- 1/2 t. finely chopped chili pepper
- 2 small green or red peppers diced
- 1 C. Bamboo shoots diced
- 1 C. Water chestnuts diced
Smoked Sausage With Cabbage Sweet Potatoes And Apples

- 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. smoked sausage, any variety cut into 1/2 inch slices.
- 1 (13 oz) can chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Mustard seeds (optional)
- 1 pound sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
- 1/2 cup onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/4 lbs. green cabbage, shredded coarse (6 packed cups).

- 5-6 lb eggplant peeled and sliced into 50 cent size pieces (salt and drain in colander for 20 minutes)

- 1 1/4 cups grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
