  • I pkg (8 oz) diced peppers & onions
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) sliced mushrooms
  • 2 jars (11 oz each) Mushroom Marsala sauce
  • 8 tbsp French onion dip/sour cream

  • 1 whole chicken (4-5 pounds)
  • 1 12 ounce can beer (room temperature)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 c. Soft butter
  • 4 - 6 T Parsley chopped
  • 1 t. Crushed basil
  • 12 oz. Cream cheese, softened

  • 8 oz. Fettucini (spinach is best....thus the "green")
