Pie Crust (Food Processor)

Place flour and salt in processor bowl with steel blade
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 c. Cold shortening or unsalted butter
- 1/4 c. Ice water
Peanut Pie

Whip cheese until soft and fluffy
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup confectioners 10x sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 9 oz whipped topping
- 1-9 inch graham cracker crust, baked and cool
- 1/4 cup finely chopped salted peanuts
Chocolate-Almond Cheesecake (Microwave)

1. Insert metal blade into food processor bowl
- 12 graham cracker squares, broken in half
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tbs. Sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 pkgs. (8 oz. Each) cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. Almond extract
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbs. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Chocolate Mousse Pie (Microwave)

In a 2-quart bowl, place milk, marshmallows, chocolate bar, and baking chocolate
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 8-ounce chocolate (almond -optional) bar (like Hershey’s), broken into pieces
- 3 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, broken into pieces
- 3 tbs. Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 pint whipping cream, whipped; or two 10 ounce cartons solid whipped topping
- 1 prepared crumb crust using chocolate cookies crumbs, chocolate toasted coconut or chocolate wafer crumbs.
Hot Beef Dip

Sauté onion in butter. Add cream cheese and milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 8 oz. Pkg. cream cheese softened
- 1 C milk
- 1 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained (optional)
- 1 2 1/2 oz. pkg. smoked sliced beef , chopped
- 1/4 cup (1 oz.) grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Brie En Croute

Thaw pastry sheet at room temperature 30 minutes
- 1/2 package frozen puff pastry (1 sheet)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 round (1 pound) brie cheese crackers
Artichoke Dip

Bake 350 degrees
- 2 cans artichokes
- 1 c. Mayo
- 1 c. Parm
- Drain and chop artichokes , mix in mayo and parmesan and bake about 20 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve with Triscuits or other crunchy crackers .
Hot Mustard

Bunny Schlueter makes this spicy hot mustard often and always seems to have some in her refrigerator
- 1 (4 oz) Coleman’s dry mustard
- 1 C. Vinegar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup. sugar
- Pinch of salt
Egg Dip

Separate yolks from white mash yolks chop whites; add other ingredients and mix together
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 c. Cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 chopped green onions 5-6 inch up
- Salt and pepper
Liverwurst Ball

Mix liverwurst (at room temperature) with other ingredients
- 1 lb liverwurst or brauschweiger
- 1/2 jar horseradish
- Juice of a finely grated onion
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of garlic salt
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
