Three-Bean Chili

Place ground beef in slow cooker
- 2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
- 3 tsp. chili powder
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 cans (16 oz each) dark red kidney beans, drained
- 2 cans (16 oz each) pinto beans, drained
- 2 cans (15 oz each) black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Popcorn Party Mix

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 4 C. crispy corn and rice cereal
- 2 C. mini pretzel twists
- 1 C. fish-shaped cheddar cheese crackers
- 1/4 C. butter, melted
- 1 small garlic clove, pressed
- 1/4 C. (1 oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. (0.4 oz) buttermilk recipe ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 pkg. (approx. 3 oz) microwave popcorn

- 1/2 teaspoon Pantry Korintje Cinnamon, divided

- 1 tsp. onion powder

- 1 box German Chocolate cake mix
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 jar caramel ice cream topping
- 12 oz. cool whip
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans
- 1 Butterfinger candy bar
Summer Tortellini Salad

1. Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold running water
- 1 pkg. (9 oz) uncooked refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
- I medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 green onions with tops, thinly sliced
- 1/4 C. snipped fresh parsley
- 1/2 C. fat-free ranch salad dressing
- 2 T. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Strawberry Pretzel Salad

1. Combine crust ingredients and press into bottom of 9x13-inch pan
- Crust:
- 2 C. crushed pretzels
- 1 T. sugar
- 3/4 C. butter, melted
- Filling:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 C. sugar
- 8 oz. cool whip, thawed
- Top:
- 2 C. hot water
- 2-3 oz. strawberry jello
- 2-10 oz. frozen strawberries
Southwest Mac & Cheese

1. Mix all ingredients except cheese in 12-inch skillet
- 2 1/3 C. uncooked elbow macaroni (8 oz.)
- 1 C. salsa
- 1 1/2 C. milk
- 1 can (14.75 oz) cream style corn
- 1-11 oz. can Mexicorn
- 8 oz. Velveeta
Raspberry Applesauce Salad

- 2 C. boiling water
- 1 1/2 C. applesauce
- 2 T. lemon juice
- Dash of salt
