Apple Dumplings

1. Roll out dough to form 6” rounds
- Dumplings:
- 1 pie dough for 10-inch crust
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Flour
- Butter
- Apple slices
- Sauce:
- 3 C. water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 6 T. cornstarch
- 1 T. butter
Spiced Dip

1. Mix both ingredients until well blended
- 1 Homemade Gourmet Spiced Dip Mix (or 4 tablespoons of pantry staple)
- 1 8 ounce container whipped topping, thawed
Berries ‘N Brownies

1. Set aside 8-10 of raspberries
- 4 C. fresh raspberries
- 4 T. sugar
- 2 tsp. orange zest
- 2 C. whipping cream
- 1/4 C. raspberry liqueur (Chambord)
- Brownies, cubed
Spinach Brunch Bake

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 pkg (17.3oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 6 large eggs
- 1 C. part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 20 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1/3 C. cooked bacon pieces
- 1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
Black Forest Pie

In heavy saucepan, over medium-low heat, melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk
- 1 baked pastry shell
- 4- 1 oz. bars unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1-14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 1/2 C. whipping cream, whipped
- 1-21 oz. can cherry pie filling, chilled
- Toasted almonds, optional
Upside-Down Caramel Apple Pie

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Glaze and Pastry:
- 1/4 C. packed brown sugar
- 1 T. butter, melted
- 1 T. corn syrup
- 1/3 C. pecan halves, coarsely chopped
- 1 pkg. (15 oz) refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
- Filling:
- 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
- 3 T. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Dash of ground nutmeg
- 4 large Granny Smith apples
- 1 T. lemon juice
Cookies and Cream

Reserve 1 ½ C. oreos. Mix remaining oreos and butter
- 1 pkg. oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/3 C. butter, melted
- 1/2 gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
- 1 jar chocolate fudge ice cream topping
- 8 oz. whipped topping, thawed
Biscuits & Gravy Breakfast Casserole

1.Preheat oven to 350. Take a 13x9-in pan and spray with cooking spray (or smear with butter)
- 10 oz tube of buttermilk biscuit dough
- 6 eggs
- 2 pkgs powdered gravy pouch
- 1 lb sausage, any flavor
- 1 c cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
