Pepperoni Bread

In bread machine pan, place all ingredients, except pepperoni
- 1 C. + 2 T. room temperature water
- 1/3 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 3 1/4 C. bread flour
- 3 tsp. gluten
- 1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
- 2/3 C. sliced pepperoni
Honey Oatmeal Bread

Add ingredients to bread machine pan
- 1 1/4 C. water, room temp
- 1/2 C. honey
- 2 T. vegetable oil
- 1 C. quick-cooking oats
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 C. + 2 T. bread flour
- 2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast
Glazed Cranberry Orange Loaves

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Bread:
- 3 C. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 C. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1/2 C. pecans, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 C. butter, melted
- 1 orange
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 C. milk
- 1 C. dried cranberries
- Additional pecan halves (optional)
- Glaze:
- 1/2 C. powdered sugar
- 1 T. milk
Caramel Apple Dip

1.Combine all ingredients except peanuts and apples in Small Batter Bowl; mix well
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup apple butter
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
- 5 apples or pears, wedged
Beef Stew

Add all ingredients to crock pot
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1 parsnip, chopped
- 4 T. flour
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, cut up
- 1 turnip, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 # cubed beef
- garlic salt
Pizza Crescent Bake

Unroll 1 tube crescent dough; place in lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish
- 2-8 oz. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 pkg. pepperoni
- 1-15 oz. jar pizza sauce
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 C. shredded mozarella cheese
Strawberry-Rhubarb Angel Cake

1. Move oven rack to lowest position (remove other racks)
- Cake
- 1 box Betty Crocker® white angel food cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups cold water
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- Filling
- 2 cups sliced rhubarb
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- Red food color, if desired
- Frosting
- 1 1/2 cups whipping (heavy) cream
- 3 tablespoons granulated or powdered sugar
- 1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- Tart shells:
- 1/2 C. butter, softened
- 1/3 C. sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/4 C. flour
- Filling:
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 C. sugar
- 1 T. butter, melted & cooled
- 1 large lemon
Marinated Summer Veggies with Chicken Sausage

- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- Sea salt (or Himalayan salt) and ground black pepper (to taste; optional)
- 1 lb. green beans, ends removed
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 2 medium summer (crookneck) squash, sliced
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
