Italian Cheese Bread

1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Barbecue Chicken Pie

1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 1/2 package (15 ounces) refrigerated pie crust (1 crust)
- 4 green onions with tops, thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 block (8 ounces) sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 container (8 ounces) reduced-fat sour cream
- 8 cherry tomatoes

- 1 C. milk
- 3/4 C. flour

- 1/4 C. chopped peanuts, divided
- 1 quart strawberries, divided
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 C. peanut butter
- 1/3 C. milk
- 8 -oz. container whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 1 pkg. (3.3 oz) white chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
- 1/4 C. seedless strawberry jam
Brunch Casserole

Tear bread into bite-size pieces and place in greased 9x13-inch pan
- 6 slices bread
- 1 1/2 # sausage, browned & drained
- 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 9 eggs, beaten
- 3 C. milk
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

Streusel Pumpkin Pie

- Pie:
- 1/2 pkg. (15 oz) refrigerated pie crusts (1 crust)
- 1 can (15 oz) solid pack pumpkin
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- Struesel:
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans
- 1/4 C. packed brown sugar
- 1 T. all-purpose flour
- 1 T. butter, softened
Hot Taco Dip

- 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 C. frozen corn
- 1/2 C. chopped onion

Oreo Frozen Sundae Dessert

- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 C. butter, melted
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 13 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 C. + 3 T. sugar
- 2 squares Baker’s unsweetened chocolate
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1 T. butter
- 8 oz. cool whip
- Chopped pecans
