Ingredients

    10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained*

  • 1

    9-inch prepared pie crust, unbaked

  • ½

    cup onion, finely chopped

  • ½

    cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½

    cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 4

    large eggs

  • 1

    cup milk

  • 2

    tablespoons Homemade Gourmet® BLT Seasoning

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Press thawed and completely drained spinach into bottom of pie crust; sprinkle with onion and cheeses. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and seasoning; pour over spinach mixture. 3. Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes or until firm in center and a knife inserted comes out clean.
