Taffy Apple Salad

Drain pineapple, saving juice
- 1 (16oz) can crushed pineapple
- 4 C. mini marshmallows
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 T. flour
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 1/2 T. white vinegar
- 1 (8oz) carton cool whip
- 2-3 C. apples, unpeeled, diced
- 1 C. chopped Spanish peanuts
Tender Chicken and Potatoes

1. Rinse thighs and trim off excess fat
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 10.75-ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
- 4 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet Grandmother's Sunday Roast Seasoning
- 1 8-ounce can of tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, cubed
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 3 cups cooked rice
SWEDISH MEATBALLS

TO MAKE THE MEATBALLS: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- FOR THE MEATBALLS:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- Pepper to taste
- FOR THE SAUCE:
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can milk
Macaroni Salad

Mix salad ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients
- Salad:
- 3 C. macaroni, cooked
- Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- Dressing:
- 1 C. miracle whip light
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 T. milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
Spicy Tuna Melts

1. Preheat oven to 400°F
- 8 oz pouched low-sodium tuna or canned low-sodium water-packed tuna, drained
- 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 rib celery, diced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp each chile powder and ground cumin
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 slices whole-grain bread, lightly toasted
- 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella-cheddar cheese blend
Chicken & Broccoli

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 C. coarsely chopped cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 C. coarsely chopped broccoli
- 1 C. (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C. diced red bell pepper
- 1/3 C. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. All-Purpose Dill mix or dried dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1/4 C. slivered almonds

- 1 1/4 Cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons melted margarine
- 3 1/4 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

- 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 2/3 cup raisins
