Combine cottage chees and jello and mix well
- 1 lb cottage cheese
- 1 (3 ounce) package lime Jello (could use Orange Jello)
- 1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip

- 2 (8-ounce) pacakges cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 4-ounce can diced green chiles
- 1/2 of a 4-ounce can diced jalapeno peppers

- Salt
- Leaves from 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
