1. In a large skillet, combine ground chuck, mushrooms, onion and garlic
- 1 (1-lb) pkg ground chuck
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg sliced fresh mushroom
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 1 (12 ounce) package wide egg noodles, cooked according to package directions and kept warm.
Creamer Potato Truffle Salad

Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 (12-ounce) package (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips (can use M&Ms also)
- 1 cup walnuts or pecans (optional)
Chicken Alfredo

1. Sprinkle chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch thick strips
- 1 1/2 teaspoons, salt divided
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, divided
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 8 ozs sliced mushrooms
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1/2 cup dry, white wine
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
- 1 (5 ounce) package shredded Swiss Cheese
- Fettuccini, cooked according to package directions and kept warm
Salsa

- 12 tomatoes
- 12 hot peppers
- 2 lg. onions
- 2 sm. cans tomato paste
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- Salt to taste
Meat & Potato Hash

Place the potatoes in a colander, lightly salt them and let drain for a few minutes
- 2 baking potatoes (1 1/2 lbs), peeled and shredded

Beef & Pork Chili (A Family Favorite)

Bacon makes everything better
- 6 slices of your favorite thick cut bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper (to taste)
- 1 pound 85 percent lean ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup beer (Not light, prefer Budweiser)
- 2 (15-ounce) cans beans of your choice (we prefer pinto but you can use any kind and can use two different ones if you prefer), drained and rinsed
- 1 (24-ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 (24-ounce) can diced tomatoes, with juice
- Lime Wedges for Garnish
- Sour Cream for Garnish
- Shredded Cheddar, for garnish
