Taco Dip

Combine all ingredients in crock pot
- 1 block Velvetta Cheese (large block)
- 2 cans Rotel (can use which ever spice level you prefer)
- 1/2 container sour cream (large cup)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 lbs Lean Ground Beef (can substitute turkey)cooked and drained
- 2 packages Taco Seasoning
Twice Baked Potatoes

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 2 large baking potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing and seasoning mix
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Low Country Boil

Fill a large pot with enough water to cover all the ingredients
- Crab Boil, 2 teaspoons per quart of water
- 12 red new potatoes
- 6 (4-inch) smoked sausage links
- 6 ears corn
- 3 pounds fresh shrimp, unpeeled
Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

1.Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 1 (12 ounce) package uncooked tri-color rotini pasta
- 10 slices bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons dry ranch salad dressing mix
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper
- 1/2 cup milk, or as needed
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 (4.25 ounce) can sliced black olives
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Caesar Salad

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, and next 7 ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 4 cups torn Romaine
- Shaved Parmesan (optiional)
Honey Brine for Chicken

Bring water, salt and honey to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until salt dissolve
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 cup coarse salt
- 1/2 cup honey

- 1 bacon strip, diced
- 1 medium potato, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 medium carrot, sliced

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
