Banana Nut Bread - Starbucks

Starbucks Banana Walnut Bread to enjoy with a cup of coffee at Starbucks
- 1 3/4 C. flour (bread flour is best)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup mashed ripe (this is usually 2 or 3 bananas)
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (divided into 2 (1/2 C.) portions
Starbucks Java Chip Frappucino

Fill blender half full with chopped or crushed ice
- 4 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 4 tablespoon chocolate chips
- 4 cups double-strength freshly brewed dark roast coffee
- Chopped or crushed ice
- Whipped cream(optional)
- Chocolate syrup (for drizzle, optional)
Marinated Shrimp

In a bowl, combine the shrimp, oil, garlic, rosemary, oregano and bay leaves
- 2 pounds uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Crisco® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
PHilly Cheesy Chili Dip

- 2 packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
- 1-1/2 cups warm water (110° to 115°)
- 2 teaspoons plus 1/2 cup sugar, divided
- 1-1/2 cups warm milk (110° to 115°)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 7-1/2 to 8-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Butter, melted
Lobster and Corn Chowder

Prepare this hearty chowder at the height of summer, when lobster and fresh corn are at their seasonal best
- 2 live lobsters, each 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb.
- 1 Tbs. canola oil
- 5 cups low-sodium chicken stock
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 3 ears of corn, kernels removed, kernels
- and corncobs reserved
- 3 bacon slices, diced
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 large carrots, diced
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 Yukon Gold or other potatoes, cut
- into 1/2-inch pieces
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh chives
Gordon Biersch Warm Apple Bread Pudding

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 12 ounces (1/2 loaf) Texas Toast, chopped into 1-inch squares
- 3 whole eggs, 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1-3/4 cups whole milk
- 2 cups cream
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Sauteed Apples
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Broiled Shrimp Toast

In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients
- 2 cups frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
- 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 6 slices English muffin bread or bread of your choice, toasted
Bob Evans Peanut Butter Pie

This Pie is really good, especially with a nice cup of coffee (hot or cold)
- 1 5 oz. pkg. Jell−O Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 2 cups cold skim milk (you could use any milk you like)
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 1 −1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 prebaked pie shell of your choice (use a ready made, refrigerated
- crust, or you can bake your own), lightly browned
- 1 − 8 Ounce container of Cool Whip (or store brand equivalent)
- Garnish: chocolate syrup & crushed peanuts
Cinnabon Rolls

In a bowl combine water, yeast and sugar
- ROLLS:
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 packages dry yeast
- 2 Tbl. sugar
- 3 1/2 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup margarine −− melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teas. salt
- 6 cups flour
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 teas. vanilla
- 3 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1 Tbl. milk
- To make frosting, mix all ingredients until smooth.
