Cherries 'n Chips Cookies

A cheerful treat that combines sour dried cherries with white chocolate chips
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 12 Tbsp. (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 c. white chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. sour dried cherries

- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bone-in pork loin roast (about 5 pounds)
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 6 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2-1/4 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

Cut each roast in half; place in two 5-qt
- 2 boneless whole pork loin roasts(Beef or Chicken) (3-1/2 pounds each)
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke, optional
- 2-1/2 cups barbecue sauce, divided
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 package (10 ounces) tortilla chip scoops
