Cheese Potato Puff

These are the highest, fluffiest, tastiest potatoes I've ever had
- 12 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese, divided
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 to 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Bullseye BBQ Sauce

Combine ingredients, cover and simmer for 30 mins
- 1/2 Cup chopped onions
- 1 can tomatoe sauce − 8 oz.
- 1 Cup water
- 1 1/4 Cup ketchup
- 2 Teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 Teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1 Teaspoon olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash tobasco sauce
Almond Cream Cheese Bundt

Coat a 10-in. fluted tube pan with cooking spray; sprinkle with 1/4 cup almonds; set aside
- GLAZE:
- 1 cup sliced almonds, divided
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 24 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup (packed) golden brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup coarsely chopped roasted salted macadamia nuts
Grilled Orange Chicken Strips Recipe

These savory marinated chicken strips are great for a picnic or backyard barbecue
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh orange segments
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/4-inch strips
Garlic Fries

A mandoline enables you to cut potatoes into thin, even pieces for French fries quickly and easily
- 2 lb. baking potatoes, peeled and cut into
- 1/3 -inch-thick fries
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Salt, to taste
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 Tbs. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Old Settlers' Baked Beans

My husband likes spicy dishes, and this is one of his favorites
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound bacon, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 can (16 ounces) pork and beans, undrained
- 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (16 ounces) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
Almond Joy No Bake Cheesecake

Reserve 1/4 cup finely crushed Almond Joys for garnish
- 1 no-bake cheesecake mix
- 1/3 cup margarine, melted
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 4 (2.16 ounce) Almond Joys, finely crushed
- 1 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza

Kids of all ages love pizza and cheeseburgers
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust
- 1 can (8 ounces) pizza sauce
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 20 dill pickle coin slices
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon pizza or Italian seasoning
Boston Market's Sweet Potato Casserole

I use to never eat Sweet Potato's but I made them for last Thanksgiving and it was AMAZING, everyone loved them
- Crunch Topping:
- 3 large sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tblsp. cinnamon
- You can also add Marshmallow's. I usually wait until the last 10 to 15 minutes before I add the Marshmallow's, because I just want them to brown and melt a little.
- Be sure to lightly brush melted butter on the marshmallow's before you continue to bake them
